Everything was great! I had the La Bonita but in Chicago style. Cristi our waitress was amazing and attentive. Customer service was top tier and we didn’t have to wait too long for a table or food. The hot honey and Cajun ranch wings are the truth! I’m not the biggest fan of pistachio but the new Dubai chocolate pizza was actually amazing!

My husband wanted to try them out being that he’s originally from Brooklyn NY, so he’s definitely biased when it comes to out of town “NY Pizza”. Definitely worth the hype, from the ambiance of the store with the street graffiti walls and the subway style bench, the NYC signs all over. We tried the Honey Garlic wings as our appetizer, the 14” La Bonita Pizza for us and the 10” Cheese for the kids and a Spicy Pepper Jack to go. Everything was made to perfection and came out hot and fresh. 10/10 for sure and we’ll definitely be back to try some of the other flavors. Our waitress Olivia is A1, she never missed a beat and service was just as great as the food!

I had such an amazing experience at Mama’s Pizza & Grill! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had that perfect mix of cozy and lively. But what really made my visit stand out was the service from our waitress, Olivia. She was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the menu. She checked in just the right amount, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Everything was incredibly delicious! The pizza was perfectly baked with a crispy-yet-chewy crust, loaded with fresh toppings, and full of flavor. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with rich, flavorful sauces that tasted homemade. The garlic knots? Absolutely mouthwatering! Every dish we ordered was fresh, hot, and so satisfying. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into their cooking. Overall, I highly recommend Mama’s Pizza & Grill for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Olivia truly went above and beyond to make our experience special, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Best pizza I’ve had in Jacksonville so far. Lots of great options and very affordable. I love how they still have classic delivery instead of relying on greedy corporations like DoorDash. I their meal deal that included a 3 topping pizza, garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks. Pizza exactly like the NYC style I expected. Thin but good crust and sauce that isn’t too sweet. They were also very generous with their sauce amounts. Delivery guy was very nice and got to my home during the estimated time and the food was still hot. Support local businesses!

What a jewel to stumble upon! The food was amazing, my husband got the deep dish pizza and absolutely loved it. We also had the wings that were fantastic. The desert with the fried dough bites covered in powder sugar and dipped in chocolate was truly delicious. But beyond the INCREDIBLE food was the unbelievable service. Our waitress was kind and helpful and could not have given us a better experience. We will 100% be back. The menu is huge and we want to try everything!

I was greeted promptly. Chelsea gave amazing service. My food was absolutely exceptional. Every time I visit Jacksonville for work, this is one of my must go to spots. Keep up the great work guys. Never disappoint.

Service and food was excellent!! Olivia was so sweet and nice. We had the Chicago pizza style and for dessert the new dubai chocolate pizza, both were delicious!!! Definitely coming back !!

Step inside and you’re greeted by artwork and friendly staff. You can’t go wrong with any appetizers, fried pickles, bruschetta, fried zucchini and garlic parm wings were delicious. Chicago chicken pesto deep dish was delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and we even ordered a lobster ravioli to go!
